AnalyzeBro is an independent, individual-developer product that provides:

• ✓A browser extension to scrape and structure your mock test results from supported platforms
• ✓A web dashboard to visualise performance, identify weak topics, and track progress over time
• ✓AI-powered features including topic classification and SWOT analysis

The Service is currently provided free of charge. The Developer reserves the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future with prior notice to users.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

You agree to:

• •Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated
• •Use the Service only for lawful, personal mock test analysis purposes
• •Comply with the terms of any third-party exam platforms you use alongside AnalyzeBro
• •Not misuse, exploit, or attempt to attack the Service or its infrastructure

Features such as topic tagging, SWOT analysis, and performance insights are generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini, Groq / LLaMA). These outputs:

• ⚠Are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete
• ⚠Do not constitute professional coaching, academic, or exam strategy advice
• ⚠Should be treated as supplementary tools, not authoritative assessments

The Developer accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

The Developer reserves the right to:

• •Modify, add, or remove features from the Service at any time
• •Update these Terms and Conditions at any time

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and request account deletion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any third-party rights
• •Your use of the Service in an unauthorised or unlawful manner

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• •The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied
• •The Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •The Developer's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed ₹500 (five hundred Indian Rupees)

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including but not limited to its source code, design, user interface, algorithms, and branding — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Swastik Kasera.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The licence granted is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable as described in the Terms of Use.

The Service integrates with third-party services including MongoDB Atlas, Vercel, Google Gemini, and Groq. The Developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• •Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• •Conduct the Developer believes is harmful to other users or third parties
• •Requests by law enforcement or government authorities

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall survive.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior understandings, negotiations, or agreements.
