You must be at least 18 years of age to use AnalyzeBro. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

• •You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •You must notify us immediately at swastikkasera@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• •You may not create accounts on behalf of others or share your account with others.

You agree to use AnalyzeBro only for its intended purpose — personal mock test performance analysis. You agree not to:

• ✕Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of AnalyzeBro
• ✕Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service
• ✕Upload, transmit, or input any malicious code through the extension
• ✕Impersonate any person or entity
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or other users' accounts
• ✕Use the Service in a way that damages, disables, or impairs it for other users

All original code, design, UI, SWOT logic, topic taxonomy, and brand assets of AnalyzeBro are the exclusive intellectual property of Swastik Kasera and are protected under applicable Indian law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AnalyzeBro solely for your personal, non-commercial test analysis purposes.

AnalyzeBro works alongside third-party exam platforms (Testbook, Oliveboard). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. AnalyzeBro is not responsible for:

• •Availability or accuracy of content on those platforms
• •Changes those platforms make that may break or affect AnalyzeBro's functionality
• •Any consequences arising from violating those platforms' terms of service

AnalyzeBro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• •We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate service
• •We are not liable for any loss of data or decisions made based on AnalyzeBro's analysis
• •Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed ₹500 (five hundred Indian Rupees)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via account settings on analyzebro.vercel.app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
